Where should units be placed across the site?
In clusters rather than a single bank. A fairground is walked, so a person at the far end of the livestock area will not cross the site to queue, and one distant block guarantees both a queue and a mess. Put a cluster near each entrance, each food area and each arena or stage. What about accessible units?
They are required and they are also the easiest thing to get wrong.
